hand soap-lotion-hand sanitizer-candy-mints-notecards

small acts of thanks:

Buy coffee for staff (Starbucks, etc) - provide afternoon treats for staff (deliver to classroom or put in teacher lounge) - sun lotion (hopes for a relaxing summer) - lanyards for school ID's

The ideas are endless....the idea is to recognize their efforts!
