  The check arrived and the excitement was uncontainable. As a PTA unit, we decided that the best way to support our kids equally was to help support their classrooms with extra supplies. The teachers were asked to compile a list of needed supplies for their classroom, and we are looking forward to delivering them in September when they arrive. It is unbelievable that we are able to support over 470 kids in this way, thank you for your generosity. And many thanks to all the dedicated Deasy parents for their diligence in entering the contest. It certainly takes a village (even one as far away from Long Island as Illinois is) to raise a child! You have made a difference for the children and for that we are forever greatful. We will always be your biggest fans!
